Shipping Policy:

–       There is a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00. Orders over $75.00 will receive free shipping. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs.

–     All packages will be shipped with tracking & SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. This is mandatory for all TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

–       All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after your order, Monday-Friday. Orders made after 4pm PST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday morning.

–       All orders typically take 1-5 days to deliver; however several factors (weather conditions, holidays, etc.) can affect delivery times. Any possible delays may occur within the carrier as well.

–       We ship through USPS, with tracking and drop-off without signature. At this time, we cannot do expedited delivery or use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

–       We do not allow will call or pick up orders in the store from online purchases.

–       At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.

–       All orders must be shipped to the address provided in the “Shipping Address” in your invoice.

–        Invoices will be sent via email as to save paper. If you would like an invoice sent in your package, please let us know in the comments section when you place your order.

–        If an order still processing, it is possible for us to cancel your order; however once orders have been shipped out, we cannot cancel any orders.
